As a major player in aeronautics expertise, for over ten years Airdjusting has been the trusted partner of insurers of large operators, aircraft manufacturers and flying clubs. We operate in France and abroad and manage mostly civil liability and damage claims.
Bertrand Dubucq founded Airdjusting in 2010 with the goal of providing insurers with his experience acquired in the course of a solid professional career in the aviation industry.
The team currently includes 4 high level experts, aggregating over 100 years’ experience in the aviation sector with highly skilled engineers specialized in maintenance, operation, and manufacturing.
Our offices are located in Paris, close to the insurers with whom we work, and in Toulouse, the European capital of the aerospace industry.
In 2021, Airdjusting joined the Naudet group, a leader in industrial and commercial risk expertise in France and worldwide. This merger has made it possible to pool know-how, resources and a unique experience covering the entire industry, backed by a solid international network.

We do bibliographical research and study the manufacturer’s documentation as well as the certification rules, in order to thoroughly understand the incident’s environment.

Bertrand is a qualified engineer and has acquired a wide experience in aircraft maintenance since 1988. He has held positions in the aviation industry ranging from workshop manager in charge of engine overhaul to technical director for several airlines. His knowledge naturally encompasses engines, helicopters, airliners and business aircraft.
Bertrand later served as Senior Expert at Airclaims in Paris. In this position, he managed major hull and product liability cases for airline insurers, manufacturers and business aviation operators.
In 2010, he founded Airdjusting. As a recognized expert, he assists insurers and companies in the aviation industry in their management of complex cases.
Adjuster since 1998
Franck is an operational. He started his career as a navigating engineer on a maritime patrol boat in the French Navy. He carried out all kinds of reconnaissance and surveillance missions on all continents for over 20 years.
He then joined Airbus as an inspector for the flight tests of the Airbus A380 and then Dassault Aviation as an engineer attached to the technical support of the Falcon fleet.
With this experience, he is an aeronautical expert since 2011 and intervenes more particularly in the fields of business aviation, airport assistance, civil liability and general aviation.
Patrick Goiset spent a large part of his career with Air France, most notably as production and engineering manager for CRMA, the subsidiary in charge of all engine parts repairs for Air France and its customers. He then served as project manager for the implementation and certification of an engine parts repair facility developed as a joint venture between Air France and Safran.
He has extensive knowledge of special industrial processes (plasma - diffusion - surface treatment - machining - welding - control), associated norms and standards, and repair lines. He is now an expert in the industrialization of repair shops and an engine expert.
With a Master's degree in aeronautics, Eric started his career in the United Kingdom in the maintenance of airliners at Virgin Atlantic, British Aerospace and FLS Aerospace. He then returned to the Toulouse region as Airworthiness Manager and then Technical Director of Air Méditerranée. After more than 15 years of experience in maintenance, he decided to move into aircraft manufacturing and joined Sud Ingénierie, which acts as a technical consultant for Airbus on the medium-haul fleet in terms of product development. This allowed him to understand certification issues, based on his past experience as an operator. He then moved on to become an airworthiness reviewer and then technical director, before being responsible for the program to freeze and launch the maintenance center for a flying engine test bench in Istres.
Eric has been an aeronautical expert since 2021 and is particularly involved in the fields of operations, aeronautical maintenance, industrial subcontracting, and certification.
With an engineering degree and a master of research degree in fluid mechanics, Pierre started his career at Areva, as a thermodydraulical engineer.
He joined Air France in 2011 as a design office manager in the Part 21 / DOA business unit. Four years later, he joined a team in charge of the development of a new factory in charge of engine parts repair, in collaboration with the OEM. in 2018, he moved on to become a production unit manager, in charge of assembly, disassembly and inspection of civil engines, for Air France and its customers. He took part of the new generation engines entry into service.
Pierre holds a private pilot licence.
He is an aeronautical expert since February 2023.
After 7 years of experience in the aeronautical branch of an insurance company, Nathalie coordinates the missions received and brings her know-how in writing reports.
